My name is Jennifer Hebel and I became a therapist because I deeply love helping people who have been through hard situations and want to make their life better. I love seeing people not just heal, but the impact that they make when they are happier and healthier on their families, friends, and communities.

I have a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling and specialized training and experience in working with multiple types of traumatic experiences. My specialties include attachment, trauma, complex PTSD, play therapy and EMDR.

I know it can feel like a big step to call a counselor, but I’ll make it easy. We’ll spend 15-minutes on the phone and I’ll let you know how or if I can help. If I am not the right person, I’ll do my best to get you to the right person.
